Submissions

The BedStuy Film Festival has been covered on cable news outlet NY1, WFMG NBC (Ohio), HipHopWired, The Source, WFMZ, Business Insider, Black Film Space, and many other media outlets, blogs, and podcasts.

Submissions for the 2025 BSFF will end on October 31, 2025. Categories are 1) Short Film 2) Documentary 3) Feature Film and 4) Episodic Content. The submission fee is $50.

Festival entries should be submitted via Vimeo.com with a password protected link to be submitted to whatsup@bedstuyfilmfestival.com with the title in the subject header along with a one-page biography and social media information as well. Thereafter, a submission invoice will be sent.
